Social State: Problems of Theory and Legal Practice

The program is aimed at training a socially responsible, critically thinking lawyer, competitive in the labor market, mobile in a rapidly changing society, aware of education as a universal value and ready to continue it throughout life. The aim of the program is to train masters who are able to carry out their professional activities in the field of jurisprudence and teaching law. The advantages of the program are: a specialty that is in demand in the labor market (especially in the modern period of social risks); high-quality education in a classical university; highly qualified teaching staff of the Faculty of Law with scientific degrees and titles; participation in the implementation of the program of practicing lawyers and visiting professors from Moscow universities; the use of modern interactive forms of training. The content of the educational program was agreed with the employers of the Ivanovo region and received a positive review by the Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Ivanovo Region and the Manager of the Branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in Ivanovo Region. In March 2020, the educational program passed state accreditation, confirming the high quality of personnel training and compliance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard of higher professional education in the field of training 40.04.01 “Jurisprudence”.
